The job has two main components and runs from Jan to Dec of the year of the conference. So you’ll stand a good chance of being let into the conference :-). You should work closely with the chairs to ensure all information is up to date for their conference.

1. Preparation of the web site for the upcoming conference. As the chairs decide on their speaker and topics you can be adding to the web site. Other changes may be required driven by any new SIC procedures etc.

2. After the conference solicit and post anything which may be of general interest. Written work, drawings and sketches, photos etc. You will need approval from individuals and parents before pictures are posted.

The web site is hosted on John Levine’s server. It is a "wiki," that is, a database-driven web site that allows updates via web browser. Anyone can view all the pages. Only logged-in users can edit pages. John Levine or Margy Levine Young can create usernames. For more information about wikis, and this particular wiki software, go to the MediaWiki web site.
